Verification
To verify that dues have been received and posted, go My ABA and use your Member Personal ID & Personal Password to access your invoices. Renewed members will also receive a letter and member sticker.
Tax Information
American Bus Association Tax Payer Identification Number (FTIN) for W-9 purposes is 53-0114680.
Contributions or gifts to the American Bus Association are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. For U.S. federal tax returns, 25% of membership fees are direct lobbying expenses and are nondeductible as a business expense.

Optional Charges
ABA Foundation
ABA appreciates member efforts to build the ABA Foundation and its scholarship funds. Scholarships are available to you, your employees, and their dependents. Your tax-deductible contribution will ensure the future of the Foundation’s valuable education and research programs. A $40 voluntary contribution was added to your total dues payment. If you do not wish to contribute, simply subtract $40 from the total.
